RAALA was formed for the betterment of the elderly population; to unify the administrators to achieve the highest ideals for community services; to bring dignity to both the residents and administrators and make the venture worthwhile.

Excellent speakers from State Licensing, Ombudsman, OSHA, Employment Laws, Wholesale Vendors, etc.
Membership List distributed by the Ombudsman, Golden Umbrella, Discharge Planners, Members etc.
Successfully overturned commercial rates charged by the City of Redding Utility Company for 6 bed homes
State Licensing recognizes the value of RAALA getting new information out to its members
Creating opportunities for networking and learning new ideas from each other
Providing continuing education classes
Built solid relationships with several wholesale companies who have become vendors to many members.
Successfully fostered a working relationship with Shasta County Emergency Preparedness for county-wide critical incident
